Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We will email you to confirm your order but we won’t take payment until your order is ready to send to you.
We work very hard to keep stock on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen product is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative colour/item or you will have the option of waiting for stock or cancelling your order. Usually if an item is out of stock, it is replenished within the next 7 days, so the delay will be minimal.
This happens when there is a sudden rush on a particular item. Again, you will be informed by email or telephone immediately.
No Quibble Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your order when you receive it, however if you should be unhappy for any reason, we do have a “no quibble” return policy in place.
Returns. Provided that the item is returned to us at Kids Have Fun within 28 days of receipt in it’s original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached and where applicable, in the original packaging. We will happily exchange the item or give you a full refund and reimburse you. However Kids Have Fun reserves the right to withhold any refund or part thereof where it is believed that these conditions have not been met.
Please note that the return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning any product to us under this guarantee you must specify the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. This applies to all of our products, except suncreams and lotions which cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless a fault has been identified with the product upon arrival. If a product is returned by you because of an error on our part, then we will refund the reasonable delivery costs incurred by you in sending the product back to us. If you are returning a product, other than as a consequence of an error on our part, then we will only refund the cost of the product excluding any delivery charges incurred by us in sending the product originally or any costs incurred by you in returning it.
If you are requesting an exchange of product, other than because of an error by us, then we reserve the right to charge you any additional delivery costs.
We recommend that when returning items to us, you use recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the post office. We will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged in the post.
